Savvy Tire & Auto Service

I made 8am appointment to put on two tires. They told me they’ll take my car in about 30 mins. I go out and come back an hour later and car is still not in. Car finally goes in and it’s now been over an hour and it is still not finished and I am extremely late for work. How long does it take to put on two tires? I do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been taking my car to Savvy Tire for service with my dad for the past few years, and they’ve always provided top notch service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cannot trust them anymore. Been going here for years for oil changes and this last one takes the cake. I thought something was amiss when they didn't change the sticker, but on the invoice they said they changed it so I gave the benefit of the doubt. It has been a couple thousand miles and I finally decided to check to find they didn't remove the old oil. They just added more oil. Assuming they know cars, their goal seems to be to mess your car up so they can charge you more to "repair" it. Like how can the tech be so lazy. It's not like he has to manually jack up the car. I digress. I will continue to believe they did all of the work they charged me for except for this last one. Goodbye Savvy. Do better

AVOID! Terrible service, dishonest, money hungry. You don't have to ruin your day with these people. Go somewhere else.

I had a great experience being my first time at this place. I could say that they are super respectful and professional. With reasonable prices.
