Avoid This Place at All Costs Sasha’s Auto Repair is, without question, the worst shop I’ve encountered in Brooklyn. I live nearby and have given this place several chances — visiting four or five times with the intention of getting maintenance and repairs done on my pickup truck. Each time, I was met with unbelievable rudeness and hostility. The owner, Sasha (as I understand), treats customers as if they’re doing something wrong by simply walking in. His attitude is aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He refuses to listen, cuts you off mid-sentence, and acts as if providing basic service is a personal insult to him. The most you’ll get out of him is, “We’re not taking customers now.” And if you ask when would be a better time, you’ll hear, “I don’t know — call.” When you do call, it’s the same story all over again. It’s not just about being busy — it’s about the attitude and the way they treat people. The entire experience feels like dealing with the old Soviet-era bureaucracy — cold, arrogant, and dismissive. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Good luck to anyone trying to deal with this place — you’ll need it.

I had my Ram 3500 serviced here and was thoroughly impressed. Sasha, the owner, is exceptionally kind and always willing to help. His team of mechanics are true professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. The prices are fair and competitive—highly recommended!

I really had hopes for this auto repair and was ready to be a repeat costumer since i just bought a van but unfortunately, that is not the case and it will never be. I had a horrible experience in literally 30 minutes of spending time there I had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM and had to reschedule for 830 because of an accident that happened on the way to my appointment I made sure to let the owner know that I will be late 30 minutes when I showed up there. I parked in front of the shop. He came around 845. Furious that I parked on the driveway and started yelling immediately I told him why he was so rude for no reason when he can be more Communicative He just proceeded to be rude and aggressive. I let him Inside And do a Check on it I was outside for 20 minutes. I didn’t get any updates. I just got in to see what’s up. He started being rude again. I proceeded to tell him to put the van down and I will never come again. This is my first time writing a review and I don’t recommend anybody going there. The owner think he’s a God.
