Dishonest pricing and service. I asked for them to look over my car before a road trip to ensure there weren't any issues and was charged over $800!!! When I picked up my car, they told me that they had to replace a couple of minor parts, neither of which they showed me, so it was obvious that they saw an opportunity to rip me off. Total fraudsters. Don't go there! The new management has made this shop's reputation go downhill, and I was a customer for 20 years, but no longer.

Ken is super friendly and seems like a very honest person. I went today for a minor dent in my front left fender, and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I wasn't even expecting him to be able to fix it so quickly. This place is also super reasonably priced. I always get nervous picking the right body shops/mechanics, but looks like I finally found a good one! Thanks so much Sam's Auto Body Shop!

I had a hit-and-run a couple of months ago and brought my Kia Soul here for repairs. Ken, who helped me throughout the entire process, was incredibly kind and communicative. First of all, their work is just amazing, of course. My car was an absolute disaster, the bumper was off and some parts were even melted, but now it looks completely brand new. They didn’t just fix the exterior, they also cleaned the inside of my car, which I didn't ask for. It's just a brand new car!!! You honestly won’t find this level of service anywhere else in New York City. I also asked if they could finish the repairs by a specific date since I needed my car, and Ken made it happen. The whole team was wonderful, but Ken went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This is the best auto body in Brooklyn. The moment you walk in, one's confidence in the place is inspired. It's organized. No one is more straightforward than Kurt. He'll tell you the price, what he's going to do, and when it'll be ready. The prices are fair reflecting the area. You never feel like you're being gouged. The whole system with insurance companies is very well organized making everything doable. I unfortunately had a small accident and Sam's Auto Body got me back on the road with the car looking better than ever with a minimal amount of fuss.

Stopped by this past October to get my car repaired after an accident and Ken helped me get back on the road. It's my first time to work with any body shop for a repair but Ken made the entire process easy and smooth. Got the car back within their estimated timeframe and it looked new - they even cleaned it up for me. Would recommend to a friend.
