I regularly use this service and I'm very satisfied with the price and quality. The last time, they installed a new catalytic converter on my Prius Gen3 to replace the stolen one, added a protective shield to prevent future theft, and replaced the spark plugs. The entire job took less than two hours, and the price was great — other shops charged much more.

New boss bad for business. He denied my oil change because I had my own oil. I call the shop to ask for price for labor and they give it to me. Now I drive here and got turned away. Only reason I got my own oil is because last time the mechanic almost put liquimoly for Volvo instead of BMW.

Amazing shop, I come here any time I need maintenance or any major repairs. Ive never met a group of mechanics so friendly and accommodating. They’ll always try to work with you to the best of their abilities. 10/10 every time. I usually have Richie work on my vehicle and he’s very experienced and knowledgeable. The prices for parts and labor are always extremely fair. I couldn’t stress enough how wonderful this establishment is.

Quoted me $400 for a $30 part takes no more than 10 minutes to replace. If their labor rate is over $1500 an hour for simple jobs, I can only imagine how much they rip you off if you need serious work. Edit: Half of my car isn't OEM, nor is it reasonable to buy OEM components when they're over 10x the cost and perform worse. For example, in my car aftermarket Moog sway bar links units are not only 6x cheaper than OEM, but also thicker while being greaseable. I also bet that if I came here with OEM parts they'd either refuse to install them or still charge a ridiculous sum for labor anyways.
