I came to have my rear brakes serviced. Staff was pleasant, attentive and transparent. I was pleased with their work ethic and desire to get things done promptly. The price I paid for the work done including parts I found to be average compared to other places I've had similar work done.

These guys are the biggest scam artists in The Bronx took my car in here for a routine inspection And they failed me because one of my windows was tinted seventy percent , which is actually legal , by the way in new york state. Mind you i never agreed to inspection guy just took my car into the shop. I asked the guy ahead of time if I would fail the inspection.They just took my car in and said, let me see what we can do. Very shady way to treat your customers you can explain to your customer hey im not going pass you fix this. Or better you can offer to fix this issue for a charge instead of failing a customer over silly nonsense. I should have known because last year they threatened to fail me if I did not replace the windshield wiper with them which is not even a part of the inspection this is just a money grab place where they try to hustle their customers

Best experience ever! Since I am a women people always try to rip you off. This is the 1st place I have been to that was honest and professional. They explained everything to me and were very fairly priced. I Def am going to tell my friends and family to come. I will be a returning customer.

Don’t go to this place I went to change my spark plugs, after 1 month I find out that they didn’t do it because my vehicle was failing because of worn spark plugs. Their price are expensive and their mechanics have no experience
