Took my car in an emergency Monday morning, the car was looked at, problem diagnosed and parts ordered same morning . As promised the parts came in the very next day and I brought my car back......everything was fixed as promised by early afternoon with update phone calls along the way. Definitely going back, thanks Roy for excellent service 👍

This place is called now "Richmond motor" I would rate it (-)5 stars if I could. I took there my car for state inspection. The guy in the photo is in charge and he is a big scammer. He took my car inside the garage and after couple of minutes he came to me with the CABIN air filter in his hand and told me "I'm gonna change this" I asked him why? I don't want to change it. Then he said, if you don't change it you gonna fail the inspection. What? What the cabin air filter has to do with safety and emission inspection? At that moment the guy got nervous and asked his assistant to bring the car outside. I told him, aren't you gonna get paid pass or fail? He said no I don't wanna do it anymore... I took my car somewhere else and got it inspected and as usual the cabin air filter wasn't even checked. Stay away from this place

my first ever review. don't ever go to this mechanic, you can judge him by the receipt i attached. the worst thing i still have brake issue after paying 854$. i took this receipt to another 2 mechanic they laughed at me because all this work wouldn't cost more than 400.

Went here to get a inspection, he scans my car, doesn’t do any of the inspection work required, comes to me and tells me I’m trying to pull one over on me because of my windows being down. I drove in with my windows down as it was a beautiful day out. He tries to tell me I have tint. I have a lease and would honestly LOVE tint on my car. He then proceeds to use the machine to determine how much light can pass through my car. It says 100%. I kept telling him my car is stock. I cursed him out and took my car to the shell on forest and Jewett where THEY took care of me efficiently and fast. This place needs a new owner that is honest and wants to work.

Worst repair shop on island, double check everything what they did.
