Naomi was my driver and she arrived right away, I didn’t even wait 5 minutes. She was very friendly and helpful, the car was clean, and her customer service was amazing. I needed to get home quickly and she made sure I got there safely and on time. I will definitely be using this car service again! 🚗✨

I called this cab company,and they wanted to charge 130.00 to go to jamaica from far rockaway. Normally 65,but since there's a storm he told me they charge double. I told him that was illegal ,price gouging. Responded by saying everybody does that. I told him they may do it,but its illegal.

Tonight I use his car service for the first time in 15 years and it started out very rocky, but thanks to Naomi being so smart, proactive and problems solving everything turned out beyond perfect. She was very kind respectful and about fixing the problem and that I really appreciate it on this evening thanks so much, Naomi and thankfully, I can still tell others to use this car service in a time when so many of us use Lyft and Uber 😉😊

Arrived at the cab stand 12/31/25 along with another gentleman, but it was closed with a note to call the number for service, my nephew called for a cab and was hung up on I suggested he call back at this time another passenger is walking up to retain service long story short after waiting 12-15mins a car finally arrived to pick up guy #3 when I was the first one to call out of the 3 waiting smh! I tell you boy Rockaway Beach 116th area for you! Won’t get my money again.

The best! This is the only car service I use in/around rockaway. Owned by a local family man that always goes the extra mile. My kid couldn't believe that Santa came to pick us up for the airport. Exceptional service! Support Local. Support Small Business.
