Please do not bring your foreign cars here. Replaced a valve cap on my car and left a crucial radiator hose off of my car and replaced my BMW radiator with aftermarket parts. Obviously this caused issues that caused my car to break down. I’d trust them with a Honda though I guess. You’re better off letting a TripleAAA shop work on your car so you have a legitimate warranty in place. Robel if you’d like to resolve this with me I’d be happy to talk.

Unfortunately this is 1 of the worst experience I ever had with this shop but hopefully NEVER AGAIN since February 14 2025 Robel & Sons had my vehicle 😢 it was brought in for an ignition swipe, to now ever Tuesday or Thursday the parts is coming for 7 MONTHS NOW, who does this to people. Oh so now from the ignition swipe he have to order other parts to START the car, to PROGRAM the car, to water getting in my car from Robel leaving my hood open on a heavy RAIN STORM, now wire have to be charged because everything got wet under my rugs on the floor, It was sent to the Mercedes Benz Dealer to get fix the RIGHT WAY but because the prices was becoming to much, he takes my car from them to just leave it on the streets. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE 🙏🏽 😭 it's now August 26 2025 and he still ordering parts for my car, so now it's my first time seeing him face to face and he is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL all in my face saying I'm not going to tell him when to fix my car for 7 freaking months 🤬🤬 he had 6 car inside the shop with the hood open maybe getting work done or he just be doing things for looks when people come in. So now he's saying Thursday August 28th 2025 the part should be coming, THAT IF HE REALLY CALLED TO GET THE PART WHILE I WAS THERE 🤷🏾‍♀️ he didn't let me hear the call of him ordering the part the only thing I seen was a guy coming to the shop after our words exchange, I guess it was his bodyguard he was on the phone with acting like he was calling to order the part😂 I'll give you all updates on the 28th please stay tuned 😢

I was referred to Robel & Son from a colleague who said if I take my vehicle to them, they would fix my car and they were reasonable. I have a 2013 Chevy Captiva that was giving me grief for the last 6 months with multiple emission codes. This car was taken to 3 shops with them all giving me different diagnoses. Brought my car to Robel on Friday and was told to come back on Monday morning. My car was looked at by a mechanic named Alberto I believe. I left my car there for them to trouble shoot and fix my problem. Around 8pm Luzy who I presume is the receptionist who keeps the shop grooving, told me my vehicle was repaired. Well, my car has been fixed and so far, so good. And surprisingly it was under $300 for the work that was done. All three diagnosis from the other Shops were completely wrong. One of them told me that I needed a timing chain🤦🏾‍♂️. I was impressed and from this point on, this is where this vehicle will be serviced at!! TY Robel & Sons!!

Great service, Rob & his staff so professional. I will be back again. Put air on my tire for free. Fast inspection & great great service. Thought I had to replace my steering but he fixes it for a very reasonable price

Great place to take your car in need of repairs and services. Very knowledgeable about foreign cars. Great customer service! Luz at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly, staff were definitely accommodating.
