Big shout out to Alex Veras in Service! From the minute I walked in, the customer service and sense of urgency to help me resolve my jeep’s issues were on point! View on GoogleI had a rough first experience due to a technical issue, but everything quickly turned around thanks to the professionalism and care of the team. Dante, the technician, took his time to listen and fully understand a concern I had during my service. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the work being done. I also want to give special recognition to the manager, Hansel, who truly went above and beyond when my vehicle broke down. He personally brought a loaner car right to my door, took my vehicle in for service, and once everything was completed, returned my car to my front door and picked up the loaner. That level of professionalism and respect is rare. Lastly, I would like to give recognition to Jaimilee, my service advisor, who also took the time to make sure I had a great experience. She consistently showed professionalism and genuine care throughout the process. Overall, a great team and solid service. I would definitely recommend them.
