I had such a great experience getting my car inspection done here! The whole process was incredibly fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the office staff made me feel welcome. They were professional but also genuinely funny and easy to talk to. They even offered me something to drink while I waited, which was such a nice touch. Instead of just sitting around bored, they kept me company with great conversation and even shared some really insightful information about cars that I didn’t know before. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such warm and friendly customer service. If you need an inspection done, I highly recommend coming here!

Do NOT go here. These people are the definition of scammers. I go in for a routine inspection, under $40 no problem. Drop my car off and go to work. And hour later, I get the call, "Hello everything is looking good, just needs new wipers and filters." They didn't mention they were actually going to replace them and didn't even ask my permission. I acknowledged and went about my day. I pick up the vehicle. $280 on top of the inspection fee for front ($90) and rear wipers ($35) and $60 each for the cabin and engine filter, all of which I would never pay that much for at AutoZone and takes 2 seconds to install. Remember that permission they asked for..."Oh, sorry for the miscommunication," they said. I'm basically forced to accept this so can get my car back because allegedly I accepted the parts verbally . No quote, no nothing. Here's the kicker. Sensing something was up, I decided to look at what they replaced before leaving. Sure, they replaced the front wipers and maybe the rear wipers. (I had actually replaced the rear wipers not too long ago so I couldn't tell if they had replaced them.) But digging further, turns out they never actually replaced either the cabin or engine air filter...they were still the previous ones!! I marched right back in and demanded a refund. They claimed they forgot to install the filters because they were busy. Here I am getting charged way beyond the regular price of filters I never wanted (cabin air filters are not even part of an inspection and an engine air filter would only need to be replaced if it failed emissions...and they never mentioned any failed emissions tests), and turns out they didn't even replace them. Never coming back.

This used to be the place to go to to get your car fixed, but now this business is falling apart. I ordered my side view mirror cap on September 17 of 2025. Simple fix, Simple part because I have came here before and got the same work done for my vehicle. Three weeks go by and nobody has called to follow up nor said that the part was in, so I decided to call to follow up and the excuse they gave me was that the manager was on leave of absence and forgot to order the part. No problem I understand things happen. They needed a few more things What type of car I had if it was made in the US or Korea ( Which they should have that information you guys are the professionals and not me). As of today, no one has called me. Nobody has followed up, so I decided to go to the store and load and behold the excuses start rolling in talking about that the ordered the part at their sister company but never got in contact with me if they ever received it. There is no communication, poor leadership and honestly, I gave you guys the benefit Now you guys have lost me as a customer.

My car battery unexpectedly stopped working today and Riverdale Auto Clinic was able to accommodate me super quickly. Joe is very kind and efficient!!! He fixed my battery and gave wonderful customer service. I was very grateful they were so accommodating and kind.

Do NOT go to this shop for anything important. I have had my emissions inspection done there over the years but never anything major. So, a few months ago my wife was driving the car and the check engine light came on. She was on her way home and called me so I said, stop there. They had always been nice. Days went by, we paid $1500 for new cylinders and they still didn't fix the issue. During that visit I kept getting notifications on my phone that my battery was low. I kept asking them what was going on. Finally, they gave up, told me to come get the car, and I realized they had left the lights on all of that time, which is why I kept getting the alerts. Took the car (Mercedes) to the dealership - fixed in one day at zero cost. Riverdale Auto Clinic FAILED to accurately diagnose the issue, and charged me $1500 for it. Wait, it gets better. This week the battery needed to be replaced (I wonder why). Once again, my wife was driving the car, stopped in. They replaced the battery, thanks, I suppose. I guess they thought they were being nice by washing the car but LOST THE FRONT PASSENGER floor mat. How does that even happen? So, now I'm buying new mats because they are giving us the run around and not doing what is the right thing to do and replacing what they took out of my car, without asking, and lost it. I will NEVER go back there and highly recommend NO ONE go there.
