Rite Touch

I don’t write review easily unless I’m really impressed. I had a scratch and dent on the rear panel, side mirror paint came off, plus some rock chips on the door from everyday driving. A friend recommended Rite Touch to me. The owner is genuinely a nice guy. He explained the process in detail and told me it would take two days to complete and match Tesla’s factory finish. When I came back two days later, I inspected the car under my phone’s flashlight—and I couldn’t find a single flaw. The paint match was perfect, the finish was glossy and smooth, and it looked like nothing had ever happened. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable—especially for this level of craftsmanship. The owner told me he handles everything except electrical work. If your car needs any kind of repair or paint work, do yourself a favor and take it to Rite Touch. Mention my name of this review he’ll take care of you.

Jay and his crew were great to deal with - fair price and honest communication for mechanical and body work on my honda fit. Went from driving oddly and looking dinged up to looking and feeling brand new. Will definitely be coming back.

Careful with these two guys who run this shop. They can apparently be very nice to you when what truly matters to them is the profit they get. They defrauded us out of more than 1000$ and our vehicle did not get repaired. They ordered the parts needed and we gave them all the money they requested. Get your receipts whenever you’re handling business with them. One of them called us “brother” in every sentence but didn’t get the work done on our vehicle. There was a scam behind his smile. The other guy, the taller one, was worse. When we insisted getting our vehicle fixed or get the money back, he responded with an aggressive tone of voice and body language. We walked away from them. We filed a claim with Small Claim Court to get our money back but neither of them showed up. Hence, we wasted our money and our time. Find another repair shop.

These guys will scam you. Bad jobs are made here and they don’t care. They “fixed my Honda pilot “. I was charged and they did not replaced the damaged parts Find a better option near by.
