I had been a long time customer of dogler Auto repair for a long time, and was sad to see the owner go. But out of that and new owner took over the shop, with the same employees, and a few new ones, but the results are still the same. Fair prices, good work, and a willingness to help the people. The new owner is always on site, and is very helpful and trys to maintain the same integrity structure, and standards as before. The location has a new look, and I am very appreciative of how the new owner is running the shop. Over all, I am still a happy customer of the new Richmond Hill Auto Repair Center, and will continue to bring my car, and recommend the shop to everyone I know. Definitely a five star review from me.

I live in the area and know the Dorgler place well. It is rare these days to find a good, trustworthy mechanic that charges very fair prices to their customers. That is why the Dorglers come highly recommended through word of mouth by many in the neighborhood. It was my landlord who introduced me to them over 15 years ago, and I have been using them ever since. The positive reviews you see here are well deserved and this auto repair shop is a gem to the Richmond Hill community.

Just left from getting my NYS car inspection. This place is the real deal, believe the reviews. I showed up and they squeezed me in, and took no time at all to get my inspection sorted. The manager Sunny is extremely professional and welcoming. I usually hate going into shops because of the vibe and I am always ready to fight to not have to haggle or get scammed, not once did I feel this way here. Thank you Sunny and team.

Came to get routine maintenance from Fred Dorglar and was surprised by the new management The new manager seems kind and customer oriented. I’m sitting here waiting for the service to be completed. Very good customer service and believing he will follow Dorglar’s integrity and honesty. Wishing yall the best in this transition. Fred has big shoes to fill. This new management is busy renovating but open for business. New manager is Sunny. He says he aims to continue the great customer care as Mr Dorglar.
