I got a confirmation call on Saturday for a 1 PM pick up for Monday. Today is the Monday and it was nearing 10 minutes into me waiting for my appointment so I called them to ask what’s going on. Instead of apologizing for the delay and explaining the mishap, the rude agent said “1 minute” for the next cab and hung up. I don’t do business Iike that. She’s lucky when I called back she wasn’t the one to answer to get a tongue lashing from me. Make sure that you report this agency when they don’t pick you up because they will try to still get paid for the pick up. Scam vibes for real. I will no longer use this service.

The people answering the phone and working in the office are very rude. They were to pick me up for my appointment every Thursday at 1:30 PM and I had to call to remind them. It would be to your advantage to call another car service!!

Worse car service ever, made a pick up appointment for them to pick me up due to having surgery, missed my surgery and have to reschedule. They are the worse in an emergency don't call them in non emergencies don't use them, I'm upset and disappointed because this was my second attempt working with them and the same outcome. PLEASE CALL UBER OR LYFT if needed.

This company has been charging my insurance for services not rendered. Spoke to Pedro when I first noticed the fraud. He blamed a driver and said he would look into it. The fraud has continued. Spoke to Pedro today again and he claimed not to remember speaking to me last week! I can’t believe he didn’t remember a call regarding a fraud accusation. How many accusations of fraud does this company get?? I reported them to the state government agency in charge of fraud.

excellent service, i noticed there are brand new cars, very kind helpful employees who work very well with their clients. They picked me up on time. i’m very satisfied with this company i recommend to others! ❤️
