Had an amazing experience with Resort Auto Works working on both my BMW 335i and M3. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They paid attention to every detail, diagnosed issues quickly, and the cars came back running and looking great. It’s hard to find a shop that genuinely knows BMWs, but these guys definitely do. Came in for a wheel alignment, and this shop absolutely delivered! Hakeem had my car driving perfectly straight again and his professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. Huge shoutout as well to Vanesha aka “Turbo” for going above and beyond to help me get my inspection completed after work hours. Customer service like this is hard to find. My car remained at this repair shop for an extremely long time. I visited them repeatedly to retrieve it, but they would simply reply, "Tomorrow." This went on, day after day, for over a month. I hope the staff—particularly the female employees—will be replaced. Thank you.
