NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! Had me waiting 30 mins for a ride they said would be 5 minutes every time I called. Making me late for work! And when I called back to speak to someone about lower my ride price they hung up on me!

Rainbow taxi service is the pits. The first couple of times we took them they were ok, but then they started to show their true colors. They are constantly very late and cause you to miss important appointments. Last time I had to call Uber after calling Rainbow several times and the dispatcher kept saying 5 minutes. Today they were supposed to pick us up at 5:15, for a 6:15 app. At 5:14 the lady texted to say the driver will be 45 mins late. It takes close to an hour to get to where we are going. It is now 5:55and still no taxi. We are so done with Rainbow. Bad management. 👎

Rescue car service is right up the block from were I live however when they say 6 minutes arrival of car make that 8-10 minutes never on time for pick up.

The prices are great. I took this car service to the airport and had a very courteous young man as a driver. On my second time using them to the airport, an middle aged driver came and didn't help arrange the luggage in the trunk and had us put our large suitcase in by the passenger seat, in between our legs. Disgusted with the service.

They're very unprofessional!!! They constantly lie about the ETA's of their drivers. The have any attitude when you call for updates. Like they're doing you a favor!!! I'm paying for this damn ride!! You need to more professional!!! I've been late with cab company 4 times in 2 weeks!!!! If you want reliable drivers try Flamingo, Transportation or even Freedom Car service. ANYTHING BUT THEM!!!!!
