Terrible service and attitude, don’t go. I was misguided by Apple Maps after dark cause I was looking for King of Queens Auto and it was originally there and they haven’t updated it. There wasn’t a reception area and I had to search for a while to find a person in charge. I found Omar who was a chill guy and quoted me on the spot and I thought it was okay so I left it there. When I came back to pick up the next day, Omar or the technician or anyone who knows anything about the car was not there. There was no paper or photo record that showed the items were done, just a bossy guy tells me to take it and go. I tried to ask for record confirmation or maybe a technician go-through with a tool to check if all the items are done, especially the engine mount and the throttle body that I couldn’t visually see. The bossy guy went all bossy and said check it yourself. Without any tool I couldn’t check for sure, so I left with some visual checking and a trusting spirit. 2 weeks later I was getting a diagnostic at an Audi official dealership and they told me the engine underbody plastic cover was gone. I know for sure it was there when I did the oil change service a while ago and it didn’t fall off on the road. I went back and asked nicely if maybe it was misplaced. The bossy guy was there and immediately went full-on sarcasm saying I should have checked when I took the car, without any effort to double check. I wasn’t trying to ask them to pay for it, cause I knew there was no much record and simply hope it would be lying in their “lost and found” or a forgotten corner. After some verbal altercation, I couldn’t in good conscience to not write a review to steer people clear of the shop. We all know that in the auto shop market, we are relying heavily on trust cause of the information asymmetry. A terrible service or attitude shouldn’t be tolerated in this market. Hope this helps all the parties involved and potential customers. (King of Queens Auto, the original shop I was researching on, has good reviews. I know where I will go next time)

Great experience with the repair guy. Tire patch done quickly and easily. Make sure to bring cash!
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. The biggest problem is the owner’s behavior. He has a very bad attitude and clearly does not know how to speak respectfully with customers. Whether the customer is younger or older, he talks in a rude and unprofessional way. A business owner should know how to treat people politely, but unfortunately that is completely missing here. The service quality is also very poor. Even for a small repair, you have to visit the shop two or three times because the work is not done properly the first time. This wastes a lot of time and money. When you trust a mechanic with your car, you expect the job to be done correctly, but here the work feels careless and unfinished. Customer service is extremely bad. Instead of listening to the customer’s problem and solving it properly, the owner behaves arrogantly and acts like he does not care. It feels like customers are not respected at all. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Between the poor service, unfinished work, and the owner’s rude and disrespectful attitude, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, it is better to look for another mechanic who actually knows how to treat people and do the job properly.
