🚨 ATTENTION: Stay Away From This Car Detailing Service – Waste of Time and Money I paid for a car detailing service, but my car was still dirty when they claimed the job was finished. I had to repeatedly point out and show them the dirt they missed, and they would only clean the specific spots after I brought them to their attention. A professional detailing service should not require the customer to inspect the vehicle and direct the cleaning. To make matters worse, they completely missed several areas that should be standard in any detailing job. The cup holders were still dirty, the sides of the interior panels were not cleaned, the gaps between the seats and center console were full of debris, and they didn’t even properly wash the wheel wells or the areas around the wheels on the exterior. Looking back, I should have questioned their quality when they said the entire detailing job would only take an hour. The rushed work clearly showed in the results. Please don’t bother spending your money here. This service was a complete waste of time and money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a proper car detail. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. TO THE OWNER, if you’re reading this: Please make improvements to the service you provide. Focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. One of the key goals of any business is to earn repeat customers and positive recommendations. By delivering consistent, high-quality service, you’ll have satisfied customers who return and confidently recommend your business to others. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I brought my car for a full detail at Rego park Corp and the results were beyond amazing! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional and clearly dedicated to doing high quality work. Every surface from inside and out was spotless - it looked and smelled like a brand new car. Amazing service thus far from Yan and his team. As a monthly parker, I feel confident with the garage being secure overnight. Multiple EV charging stations are available. I had my car detailing done this afternoon, and the results exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the professional and personable experience so far.
