Rego Park Service Station

I had a repair of two tires and a rear wiper blade replacement. They charged me for all items but didn’t replace the rear wiper. I brought this to their attention and they made promises to order the part, contact me, and fix it. I stopped in multiple times to check the status and they did not live up to their promises. I cut my losses for a $10 amazon part, and took care of it on my own. I found another local mechanic that was much better and recommend you doing the same.

First because i wasn’t know this people trying to rob you. the mechanic acting weird and then charged me 44$ wiper!!!!! and 20 for plat light and 37$ inspection fees and then i failed because they want to change 2 sensor for 700 $ imagine!!!!! I wasn’t prepared so i went to other place in long island city they change only one sensor for 250$ and i passed the inspection don’t go to this place, don’t waste your money

Came for an inspection and the mechanic tried to scam me by making me replace parts of the car I just had my personal mechanic install just two weeks prior. The guy was very arrogant and unproffessional. I had to relocate service to another station.

My father brought his car to Gina after having a fire in his garage. Work was done, parts were ordered job was never completed. The insurance paid her and the job was never completed. She put in a used cluster, antenna FM radio doesn't work, Gas tank still has wrong reading and a close the lid of gas cap is constantly on. She was paid for a new key piece and never delivered let alone install. Besides the outrageous fees she stated for the insurance, work was done incorrectly and parts were never received. SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY MAN. Please keep your parents away from this place. We decided to bring car to another place (can not deal with her anymore) and insurance won't cover coast because of this incompetence. Gina talks a good game. I will report her to the better business bureau for Elder Fraud. 2 months later and still waiting for part.

I’m Harold and I ’m very careful with mechanics but this shop is different. Besides de good quality work, the manager Peter is very accommodating, resourceful and it has something that other mechanics don’t have and its good attitude. All mechanics I visited for help received me like I was their enemy and with a bad attitude. This guys here were very helpful, with a smile in their face and we actually even had time to joke a little bit. This is a place that I want to return because I feel confident. And of course the quality of work was excellent. Two thumbs up 👍🏼.
