I had a fantastic experience with **Regency Collision Center** and couldn't be happier with the service. My car was vandalized recently and today it looks like new again . Glad I found this shop ! From the moment I walked in, Legend at the front desk was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process seamless—it’s rare to find a receptionist who actually lives up to a name like that! The technical team was equally impressive. Eli, Eddie, and Isak were absolute professionals. They were transparent about the work needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. I had an exceptional experience with Regency Collision Center after my BMW X6 accident, and I truly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the owner Eddie gave me thoughtful and honest advice during a very stressful moment. He immediately arranged for their tow truck to safely transport my vehicle to the shop, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Eli, their service advisor, was incredibly helpful throughout the process he assisted me with the insurance claim and even took the initiative to speak directly with the insurance company on my behalf. Although we later received the unfortunate news that the insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss, the team continued to support me with professionalism and care. Gabriel, the shop manager, personally accompanied me to the storage facility to retrieve my belongings from the car. He could tell I was feeling down, and took the time to talk with me, offer encouragement, and share genuinely valuable advice on what my next car could be. What really stood out to me is that their team truly understands high end vehicles like BMW and Mercedes Benz not just professionally, but as owners and enthusiasts themselves. Their insight and recommendations come from real experience, and it shows. I was honestly surprised that a non-dealer body shop could provide this level of service, attention, and genuine care. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I will definitely be recommending Regency Collision Center to my friends and anyone who needs help with their car. Awesome experience with Regency Collision Center...had my Honda HRV looking new again after my front bumper sustained damage. They have the best Receptionist, Legend, who greeted me with a smile and made a nervous experience into a comforting and secure one. Eli also helped me and provided me with their lifetime warranty on their work because thats how good they are. I posted a few pics and as you can see, flawless work. Thanks again for everything and i will definitely recommend this body shop to whoever needs it.
