Recharge Auto Body Repair

Turned an old beater into a brand spanking new looking car. I couldn't believe my eyes. Highly recommend the services here. The owner is trustworthy and terrific. Five stars.

I brought my vehicle to Recharge Auto Body Repair at 1088 Brook Ave in the Bronx on June 7, 2023 for what I understood was an estimate related to damage to my trunk after a motor vehicle accident. During the process, I signed paperwork that I believed was connected to a possible future repair. My insurance company later informed me that payment was issued to the shop for repairs. However, no repairs were ever completed on my vehicle. After learning this, I contacted both the insurance company and the shop multiple times seeking clarification and resolution. According to the insurance company, they attempted to recover the funds from the shop without success. Communication eventually stopped, and my calls were ignored. I am now pursuing legal action and documenting everything formally. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to carefully review all paperwork before signing anything and to closely monitor all insurance payments and repair authorizations.

Crashed my toyota camry and within two weeks my car was like new, seriously nothing I could even try to complain about. Not only was the work absolutely perfect, but NANDO kept in great communication with all updates. They were able to take care of everything needed with insurance to insure the whole process was smooth sailing. They even detailed the car. Would 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!

Best experience ever. It’s a one stop shop and they go above and beyond. I got into an accident and they were able to not only fix my car but DELIVER me a rental car at my front door. I did not have to worry about anything they took care of it all and made sure to keep me up to date. I was shocked at how easy they made everything and they did an amazing job on my vehicle.
