Really nice mechanics. I was nervous asking someone to look at my tires because I had a hunch I was measuring tire pressure incorrectly. But they were very gracious, and the tire pressure issue was fixed.

RDN Auto repair is my go to place in NYC. Felix and his team are reliable and fast and the work is always spectacular. They provide reasonable prices and reasonable timelines. I have used them over three times for a variety of bumper repairs. I highly recommend this shop!

Small plastic cap (for electronics/fuses) fell down from under my dashboard -- Honda '96 Civic. I randomly entered the RDN repair shop entrance, was warmly greeted -- a largely Spanish speaking shop. Explained my rather minor if not trivial problem. A worker/partner came right up, understood what I wanted (his English limited, my Spanish non-existent), reinstalled the cap in five minutes. I had actually been looking for another repair shop a little further along the same block, recommended by a friend, but didn't know the neighborhood. A chance error which ended very well.

Went because my tire pressure went on. Got there and they acknowledged me right away being a woman getting her car fixed can be challenging. The beauty that handles the day to day Lorraine was not there, but was treated with professionalism.
