RC Audubon Car Service

Perfect. Professional. I needed to schedule a car to take my friend to the airport and she didn't want to put her credit card into Uber or Lyft. I didn't know who would take credit card and I called them and they did and they scheduled it and they were on time. The driver was amazing and even on crutches he helped put her suitcase in the trunk! She got to the airport on time. We used a local business. It was a win-win.

Our first time using this car service and definitely will not be our last. Great service. We called so many car service companies and no luck getting a cab on this rainy evening. My mother in law was not feeling well and was at the EMERGENCY room and needed a ride home. This car service was only one available. We called 4 others and no luck.. They said 1 minute and meant it. The driver called me and they picked her up and dropped her off. Wonderful driver and great customer service

I have been riding with Audobon for over 8 years and I enjoy the speed of service, the drivers etc. there is one dispatcher who is rude and petty. Every morning I call for a taxi, every morning!! This dispatcher says 3 mins, I go down in 1. He says 7 mins the car calls in 2 min. His sense of urgency and time management sucks!! This morning he says 3 mins I come out in literally seconds, I call back he says the driver picked someone up and then says 7 mins for another car!! He has made my son consistently late with his lack of professionalism. He loves to argue and never gives the managers information!! I’m almost a thousand percent sure he does not own the base he just works there!! What’s the purpose?! He gets off on having control over other peoples money!!! I have been a loyal customer but I will be switching to Uber!!or Lyft?! You may pay an extra few dollars but at least I know the exact time, car color and you know the price upfront!!! I will get his name and write another review

A drunken gentleman stumbled to my post on St Nicholas at 168 and begged for help getting home. He was barely coherent, lacked full motor control and was flashing money like a tourist from the dumbest part of the world. Trying to get straight answers out of him was nearly impossible. He showed us his destination in the Maps app and it was then, between screens, that I saw a picture - his wallpaper - of a toddler. I exfoliates him bravely for being so irresponsible when he had something to live for. I found a card for the car service ice around the corner, called a car, bundled him in it and sent him on his way. They were fast, didn't complain, and the car smelled nice, so I hope he didn't make a mess.
