I reached out asking for a refund multiple times and my messages are all going unread!! If you knew you couldn’t complete the job why would you try and experiment on my sprinter now it’s costing me $1,321 in repairs! My horn doesn’t work, heating system in the front as well as ac went out, this company blew 4 fuses in my sprinter and told me that I need to go to the company who built the bus! If you knew you couldn’t fix the main issue with my bus why would you accept the job! I need my refund because all you guys did was made my the original problem even worst than it was originally. Also my sprinter is missing screws and screw covers
