If I could give 10 stars I would. Every step of my interaction with Rafi’s Repair Shop was seamless. The front desk receptionist was attentive and extremely helpful throughout my experience. She kept in touch with me and never left me hanging for information. Meeting Rafi for the first time was like seeing an old friend again. Such a genuine man. It’s rare to encounter this level of care and I am extremely grateful. Will be recommending to friends and family for sure!

I didn’t even get my car fixed with them but I brought it in and said I felt my car seat. They did a check and said it was an alignment issue that should have been caught when I got a recall done on my car. The front desk lady was nice and the guy who helped me was as knowledgeable. They found another part needing service but allowed me to come back after the alignment. Much appreciated for the service

We were passing through from NC to NY when the alternator went on the car. Thankfully we were able to make it to the closest mechanic which was Rafi’s. Despite their busy day, they looked at the car right away and replaced the alternator and had us on our way again in no time. Honestly, never expected service like this from complete strangers! Bless them!!

Rafi and his mechanic team were extremely honest, experienced and treat you like one of their own. Very reasonable and has the best pricing around Staten Island. I had a old Mitsubishi Lancer that needed a lot of work and he fixed it up and have no issues. I would recommend him everytime!!! Don't go anywhere else for your car repair / maintenance this is the place!!!

Very good customer service treat their customers with the respect Raffi is there a stand up guy much respect for him
