I had a fantastic experience here. My car broke down in Queens and I searched for the nearest mechanic rather than having my car towed all the way back to Long Island. R&R showed up and I decided to give them a shot. They told me they were able to fix it same day while I went to work. They called me and kept me updated with the issue which was the serpentine belt. They replaced the part and put warranty on it as well. I highly recommend R&R Auto Repair. They are fast, fair and friendly. Roy was exceptional as well.

These guys are really good. Most often finding the problem is an absent skill at many shops but these guys know their thing and their price is good.

I bought a car from these guys because they are located right around the corner from me so I figured I could trust them. I begged them to please let me know what problems the car has befor I purchase because I don't have the money to buy a lemon. They sold me 5 he worst car I've ever had in my life!! Once I got the car I notified them of many problems, need power steering pump, motor mounts, shocks and a right tower rod and axel. They charged me 400 on top of the 4,500 I already paid for the car to fix it. Once I received the car back I learned they only fixed the shocks and tower rod. They never replaced the power steering pump nor the motor mounts. I complained about a hard shift in the transmission in which they said "oh that's nothing nothings wrong with your tranny" 3 months later my tranny is blown!! I'm ready to take them to court!!

The job they did on my car was ok. If they were not pathological liars I would have given them 4 Stars!
