I been coming here since nov changed my whole coolant system car drive great customer service is amazing and Pete looks out been a repet customer since then.

Thieves. And yes — it felt intentional. I stopped here to put air in one tire before a long drive. An employee spent maybe 30 seconds “adding air” and charged me $5.00. After driving one mile, my tire pressure light didn’t change. I drove several more miles — still no change. That means no air was properly added. Later that day, I stopped at Mavis on Central Avenue. They added the correct amount of air at NO COST, and immediately my PSI went up. Exactly what should have happened the first time. So why did I pay $5 for? When I returned to the Bronx, I made sure to stop back and tell them directly what I thought. Charging for a service you didn’t perform is theft. And let’s address the uncomfortable part: this felt like blatant gender-based dismissal. A group of men assuming a woman won’t question it. Assuming she won’t notice. Assuming she won’t come back. Wrong. In 2026, businesses still preying on women like this is disgraceful. Save your time. Save your money. Don’t go here!!

I go in with my car perfectly fine just needing to change the spark plug because the time is due.but after they finish working on my car I drive my car out the shop not even 5 min check engine light, drive train malfunction and the car is shaking .i go back to the shop he scans the car saying I need a new fuel injector.i never had this problem for all the months I’ve been driving this car now all of suddenly I need a fuel injector once I leave this shop.i also before I went to the shop I went to the bmw of Manhattan got a full diagnostics it didn’t say anything about fuel injector just spark plug and regular maintenance like tires and brake pads Had oem spark plugs,I was informed about the code after i left the shop and came back .i came back because after seeing the check engine light,drive train malfunction display and car Shaking ridiculously made me go back then he scan the car and tell me about the code. don’t trust this shop they will mess up ya car to make extra money i once left the shop with them leaving my coolant open I ain’t even make a big deal about and he tried to make me pay for coolant when he left it open and let me drive off like that.

The service was horrible. They had me waiting 35 minutes just to put a license plate on, and no one ever came out to do it while I was sitting in my car. I ended up having to leave because it was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional.

Had a valve cover installed incorrectly the oil drips down to manifold creating smoke, I also did a coolant change with them and theres dry coolant all over the engine bay, they would work on your car with no care and to fix the problem they started they will try to charge extra Over all work valve cover, spark plugs, fuel pump,oil change, coolant change cost $1000 satisfactory ? I can’t even drive it anymor after coming here
