R & O Collision

I brought my car to R and O sometime last month. My car was hit, while parked. They had me come in the same day, they coordinated everything with my insurance company, explained the entire process in detail and assured me that everything would be handled appropriately. The car was fixed as promised. They provided quick service, and everything looked completely brand new. Since then I have referred a few people there, and everyone has thanked me. Excellent shop! Highly recommended!

R & O provides a truly 5 star service. I was recently in an accident where the entire front was messed up and so shifted to the right that I could not open the front passenger-side door. R & O towed my car to the body shop the next day and helped me set up a rental car through my insurance as well. They did all the appropriate work (and there was A LOT to be done) quickly and efficiently. My car looks and drives like new. R & O are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy and exceptional body shop.

I don't usually write reviews but great service needs acknowledgment. I was recommended to R & O Collision by a friend that was in a bad accident and needed the entire front end to be worked on (bumper, lights, paint, chassis work, etc...). The finished product was immaculate. Recently, my car was rear ended, the bumper was cracked and the tailpipe was severely bent. Guy, a Manager at R & O, was overseeing the entire repair and kept me updated throughout the process. Needless to say I was very happy with the repair. I would definitely use these guys again.

A shop that treats you like family is hard to come by. For several reasons, I've always left the shop with more assurance for my vehicle and safety. My Bmw 3 series with over 200,000 miles, still runs like new thanks to the service that R&O collision provides! They fixed the transmission, all the dents, repainted the car, and fully restored the vehicle. I was sure the end of the road was near for this car until I found R&O collision. These guys really set the standard.

The quality of work was excellent. They were very professional in every aspect, from picking up my car, updating me with the progress of work and up to dropping off the vehicle at my home. Good quality craftsmanship. I will highly recommend.
