Please have clear cut negotiation a front. Don't let him handle the claims. Collect the money yourself then negotiate the price. He will rip your cars and max out the benefit and your premium will be through the roof next month. Just a heads up. Be specific about what will he do and file the claim yourself. Take the money and shop around the nd before leaving the car at the shop! Basic things don't negotiate afterward he will tell you “don't tell me how to run my business and I am done talking to you. Take the car or leave it here for $40 a night….after waiting 3 weeks for some minor repairs and paint job!

I have been here a couple of times with multiple vehicles. Everytime I am blown away with the outcome. This place is reasonable with their estimates and a friendly staff. The work is on point. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a repair 👍👍
