R & D Auto Center is as solid as they come. I've dealt with many mechanics over the years, and these guys are among the most reliable I've ever worked with. The two older brothers are absolute rock stars when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. They know their trade inside and out, and their experience shows in every repair they do. What impresses me most is their diagnostics. They don't just start changing parts and hoping for the best. They take the time to properly identify the issue, explain it clearly, and fix it correctly the first time. Their service is fast, reliable, and honest, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. I also want to mention the younger son. To be fair, he can sometimes come across as a little blunt or direct, and some people may interpret that as an attitude problem. But after getting to know him, I see a completely different person. He's a very chashuve and respectable young man with strong values. He doesn't carry a smartphone, and whenever he has a free minute, you'll often find him learning Torah. In today's world, that says a lot about a person's character. Because of that, I don't pay much attention if he's not always the most outgoing person. I'd rather deal with someone who is honest, hardworking, focused, and sincere than someone who puts on a big smile but doesn't stand behind his work. This is a family business built on integrity, knowledge, and genuine care for customers. They stand behind their work, they don't play games, and they treat people fairly. Every time I've brought a vehicle there, I've left feeling confident that the job was done properly. Solid diagnostics. Solid mechanics. Solid service. Solid people. First time there, I needed an oil change, since I got there early, one of the owners, Drew, took care of me. In and out. Very fast. I'll be back in April for the NYS Inspection.

Very honest mechanic, he didn’t try to sell me anything my car didn’t need. He diagnosed the problem really quick. I’m glad I ran across this shop and they have a loyal customer now. Super professional and not once was he rude despite all of my questions and concerns. The issue with my car was 100% resolved.
