This company is HORRIBLE! Horrible literally! So many times I have called and they told me a time to be there and more than 20x it’s happened that they weren’t there. This happens all the time and the craziest thing is that they are the only base by my house. My kids have been late plenty of times they were supposed to be early dealing with the cab service! Not to mention I have videos of SEVERAL cab drivers asking me for my phone number and if I have a boyfriend , soo unprofessional. I’m about to post the videos below because they are out of control and then when I don’t entertain how they talk to me they always try and over charge me. They charged me $12 for a ride I always pay $8 and when I called the base he agrees with the driver as if I haven’t been taking new college cabs for years! They are awful and I will be moving forward with my sexual misconduct lawsuit because they are so unprofessional and inappropriate.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Would rate 0 stars if I could. During the phone call I was told my trip would cost $14. On arrival, the driver took my $20 and told me it cost $20. He then called the company when I complained and they suddenly told him $19!! Nobody could agree to lie on a price? 🤔

They are horrible during in climate weather. The drivers always try to over charge. They charge more if you have kids. Alot of drivers don't speak english. Be careful they'll hustle you if you let them. I wish I could give them zero stars. This company is honestly one of the worst in the bronx. Can anyone refer another one. Because I will not be spending another dollar with these guys. Its ridiculous with these can of dummies.

If I could give it a zero I would. The worse company ever. How you give someone a price and send a driver for a driver to leave you some where other then where you need to go. Never given them my business ever again. Im better off with uber.

No stars they are the worst cab base on university n 174 they never have a cab available when you call they place u on hold for 15 min to then say no car no car even when u go to the base theres no car maybe they illegally doing things cuz this makes no sense
