They went up in price but what hasn't these days? ... Very quick with oil changes, clean and easy. The men who dry the cars here deserve more pay they should also detail the inside of car more.

Don't see the use of them having a phone 😒

Used them on 2 occasions to get to JFK. Both times I've called hours before to schedule a pick up time and both times they have arrived 5-10 minutes early. The lady on the phone could be rude but whatever. The drivers are usually cool and the cars aren't the best but get the job done

They quoted me a 10 minute wait time. After 15 minutes I called back & was told 3 more minutes. It took 30 minutes total. For the length of time it took I could have taken the bus. And not been late to work. Instead of paying them to make me late. Also the cars are old & gross & smell.

Thank goodness I called to verify for my pickup to the airport because when I called they had no idea even though I booked this and received a verbal confirmation. When I called they even said that they don’t have a van to pick up 5 people , yesterday the dispatcher told me we will need to upgrade to a van.
