I assumed that I needed my brakes changed so I bought brake pads and went here to have them put on. They charged me $120 for labor which is the average price. They changed the brakes and left the old brake pads in my car. When I looked at them they actually had alot more life on them than I thought. I probably could've gotten another 6 months or more out of them. I just wish that the mechanic could've been honest and let me know that I didn't really need a brake job. So I'll admit that this part was my fault for assuming. But the real reason I'm leaving a bad review is because after I got the brake job done, while I'm driving I hear a funny noise coming from the front wheel. So something tells me to check if the lugs were loose and sure enough the lugs on the front driver side wheel weren't even tightened! So this will be the last time I ever go to this shop. They aren't honest and definitely not on top of their game.

They are knowledgeable and quick. In my experience, they know what's wrong with my car as soon as I explain the situation. Their diagnostic just happens to confirm it. I rarely go for repairs because they make it so I won't have to. The only reason they recognize me is because I go annually for inspections.

It was the best way to fix my car, I loved it! My car was better and back into shape in no time at all! I would definitely give this a 5 star rating and recommend it because of their kindness and efficient work.

I was recommended to Mr.Puma by friend's who have a foreign make car, I'm well pleased with him, my car is American made. He happens to be related to people I know and business professionals that I've done business with. He operates In integrity, and professional. I recommend him for your car needs.

This shop is fraud they put on a piece and station as if their professional but they rip people off take your money without completing the job the promise. Won't you come back dissatisfied their attitude change they become nasty and aggressive this shot needs to be investigated they have men who they use substance abuse or Rehabilitated working on your vehicle that probly has no knowledge of mechanics Work. If you are unsure or don't believe what I'm saying you could stand outside it is shop give it 30 minutes show see a dissatisfied customer coming complaining about what they did not d, an promise they would do to their vehicle. What makes it the most humiliating and degrading is that they are liars they will bluntly line your face and say they didn't say something they need to be reported to motor vehicles for for gelent so they can be investigated and consumers affairs I already put my report in I'm hoping anyone that made a complaint that's dissatisfied do the same. They need to get they self on the right track because they gonna bring home their way I won't be surprised if I hear one of them got hurt or somebody came me a loss the cool because these people I look ing for trouble with the way they're going. You don't take people money and don't give the service you claim you can provide
