I had my first ever car accident and was pretty overwhelmed, but my sister-in-law recommended Prospect Auto Collision and I’m so glad she did. The service was outstanding from start to finish. They came right to my home to pick up the car since I wasn’t able to bring it in myself, which was a huge help. Throughout the repair process, they provided regular updates, set clear expectations, and walked me through every step so I always knew what to expect. And most importantly left my car like new. The whole team was professional, helpful, and made the experience much less stressful. Super helpful and highly recommend!

I had a positive experience with Prospect Auto Body Repair Shop after my car was damaged. From the beginning, the staff were professional, especially Junior who took time to explain the repair process and expected timeline. They handled the bodywork carefully, and the final result exceeded my expectations—the car looked as good as new. The repairs were completed on time, and the communication between the shop and my Auto Insurance Company, throughout the process gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring.

When you need the job done correctly and efficiently this is where you bring your car after a collision. I was helped by Junior, and he is phenomenal at what he does. They negotiated with insurance on my behalf and and got me what my vehicle was worth after my BMW 440i grancoupe Xdrive was rear ended by another driver. This is a certified collision center, and they get things done the right way the first time. This isn’t the first time I have did business with Junior, after my vehicle we as backed into he replaced door and returned my car as if it was never hit. Go with honest, fair, and knowledgeable when choosing your next collision center. I strongly recommend this shop for all your body work needs.
