Proper Fix 24 Hour Tire Shop

Just before the recent snow storm of January 2026, after going shopping to stock up and get ready for the storm, on my way back home, which was late around 9 pm ish, some how, a random nail on the street, punctured my tire. I called Proper Fix to find out if they were going to close early due to storm. The tire tech person wasn't certain what time he would closing and instructed me to come, after I told him that a nail was inside of my tire. The tire tech, informed me, that due to the nail punctured location, I would need to have that tire replaced, instead of being repaired. He quoted a reasonable price for the replacement tire. My tire was quickly replaced. I appreciate that this tire shop was open and although, the weather was very cold outside, this shop provided great service.

I had a slow leak. The mechanic spotted it right away. The reading on the car didn't match the actual tire but he fixed the right tire. He knows his tires. And pointed out that I need brake pads. The last tire place that changed my tires a month ago didn't even mention it.

I came during business hours with a flat tire while it was snowing it was evening time. I greeted the worker but he did not even say hello back and immediately said You dont respect me. When I asked why he said You dont see it is snowing so I will not work. I ended up changing my tire by myself right in front of the shop. Very unprofessional and zero customer service. Not recommended.

It was a rainy evening (in December btw) and I had a flat tire. I managed to put the spare tire on and drove to this tire shop since it was one of the closest. The gentleman there was nice and willing to help. He was able to find where the hole on my tire was and put a plug in. He removed the spare (which was getting flat) and put the fixed tire on. Then he was nice enough to put air into my spare tire and check that the other tires on the car had enough air. He did this while getting rained on!!! I was very touched and appreciative for all he did for me. It was all for a reasonable price too! (Cash only, the corner store has an ATM though) A lot of people would say hi to him while he was working, so he’s well known and respected in this neighborhood. Well….got another flat 7 months later and had to return to this tire shop. The gentleman (I found out his name is Cliff) was great once again. He had two guys sitting in front of his shop and they were talking and cursing. Cliff told them to watch their language since I (a young lady) was standing there. I really appreciated that respect shown to me.

They are servicing is very bad and When your servicing done they say only cash not before Big liar 😡
