Professional Car Services

They don't care if you get to your medical appointment. The person who work the morning shift. Is very unprofessional. My husband's is extremely sick they canceled his medical appointment without reaching out to us. When I called him to confront him about not calling to inform my husband's about his trip. He was very angry and nasty.

The worst service ever. The old school driver was not using GPS and it took us 3 hours to arrive and he was late one hour to pick us up.

The driver was Rude and disrespectful, when I called the dispatcher to explain how the driver treated my mom he told me " It's busy" and hung the phone on me. My mom is elderly and recently had knee replacement surgery, the insurance company provided the car service. I am currently doing everything possible to have another car service transport my mom to her doctor visits. I can not believe a company so unprofessional is still doing business in this day and age. Professional Car service needs to be shut down immediately.

My mother was was dropped off for her eye appointment and was never picked up. When I called to follow up with them, the dispatcher said they had no cars available. This was 2 hours after a no show, no call. When I told them that I was going to report them to the health care transportation dept. The dispatcher said "Go ahead, you can call who you like" and hung up the phone. My mother is 90 years old. How could people be so disconnected & disrespectful 😤 smh

Our drivers were Luis and Lucho and they were Awesome! Such nice gentleman. The vehicles were clean and very comfortable luxury vehicles. Would definitely recommend them.
