Prestige Car Service

I’ve had a lot better experience dealing with this car service during the day then what I just experienced with this company because I just called to ask for the price how much it would be to get somewhere and firstly, the dispatcher has a very thick accent and unlike other people sometimes I cannot understand Thick accents and I called like three times and I finally was able to get him on the phone again and he rushed me to tell him the address. I told him my location and I was finding the address that I wanted to go to or find out the address I would like to go to and the price for it when I was looking for it and I said hold on he said oh my God like I was irritating him that I would take a second to find the address and before I could even ask, I would like to know the cost of going from point A to B he hung up the phone and he placed it for taxi to come to me, which I wasn’t sure I wanted because I wanted to know the price first and I’m calling and calling and calling they won’t pick up the phone so luckily I was able to cancel it but the dispatchers are very disrespectful. It doesn’t take more than 10 seconds to wait for a person to give you that address without having an attitude I would 100% rather go to a different car service than dealing with this company ever again. Do not deal with them unless you’re OK with having attitude for a simple request.😡😡😡💢💢😠

This Past Friday 4/24/2026, this car service Prestige that I have been giving business to for 6+ years did the unthinkable and deliberately made me late for my very important Dr appointment! As a disabled senior who was injured by an ambulance 6 years ago has difficulty moving as fast as I or anyone likes & it takes me about 7-10 minutes (maybe a little less if I am Not having a bad day)to get downstairs! I also live in a elevator building that usually has one elevator working or the trash is being picked up in the building which delays coming down! Upon explaining that I will be down the drivers blows my phone up as if I can rush quicker! In this situation I had someone come down to hold them there as I was preparing to come down and they rudely pulled off! After contacting dispatch who was (VERY RUDE &DISMISSIVE)several times to come with a low car they assininely sent a high car to cause me reinjury! I couldn't go in! Not at any time once again did they make this accommodation for me and Never came back to take me on my Medical trip! Even though in the past I did get a few decent drivers I learnt they left Prestige Because PRESTIGE didn't pay them accordingly! They are VERY GREEDY FOR MONEY AND. DONT CARE ABOUT ELDERLY AND DISABLED PEOPLE ON MEDICAL TRIPS! WORST CAR SERVICE FOR MEDICAL TRIPS! MOST DRIVERS ARE RUDE AND IMPATIENT AND RARELY ASSIST! WHY DOES MEDICAID EVEN PAY THIS RUDE COMPANY TO GET YOU TO YOUR DR APPT LATE OR DONT GET YOU THERE AT ALL???!!! WORST SERVICE!

Tell your driviers that we don't do ride shares around here. I ordered a taxi and the driver pulled up on the wrong side of the street facing the wrong direction with another passenger in the back.

What can I say? It's a car service.... Dispatchers taking your call and trying to get off the line to get to the next customer, which I can understand since we don't like to be kept on hold for long and they have a lot of customers. I'm giving them 5 stars because they get done what I need, they come on the line, take my address, send me a car, DONE! Also like the fact that they have a lot of cars, a couple of drivers have told me that they have over 600 drivers!!! I'm not going to lie, on weekends, holidays or when raining/snowing, its not easy to get a car, but in those days, I've tried other car services and have had the same luck or worst. After calling different places and not get anything, I call back prestige and more likely than not, I get a car. It might take 2 or 3 calls (sometimes more than that on holidays) but its like that everywhere, every year. Bottom line is that I rather have someone get my address and be quick, than have someone who is sweet talking someone (while I'm waiting on the other line) and have me wait a long time to tell me the same thing that prestige is telling me without any run around. I value my time and I'm glad they value it too.

I reserved a ride at an early hour using the app. I was a bit concerned since there was no confirmation, but it was assuaged. As the time got closer, there were indications that everything was on track. I was picked up ten minutes before my pickup time and everything went smoothly. I would use this service again.
