Prestige Car Service

Their service has declined significantly. The dispatchers are often rude and unprofessional, treating customers poorly and forgetting the importance of good service. They frequently cancel trips without offering replacements, leaving customers stranded—unlike Uber, which usually finds another driver. I’ve even had medical trips cancelled, seemingly because they prefer cash over vouchers. I can't recommend them; you might want to try another cab service. If people continue to give them business they will continue to act like they could care since they have enough customers making them money they will continue to do the same. They lost me as a customer won't recommend anyone to them.

Diplo is better. Customer service is great, reasonable prices. Prestige likes to overcharge. They change prices for the same ride. Even when you’ve been their customer for months, they still wouldn’t work with you. I wouldn’t vouch for prestige. Just call Diplo. Trust me. It’s way better. Drivers I’ve experienced with them are way more professional too.

Prestige Car Service is terrible smh. How is it that yesterday I paid $25 from one spot to another, and today it’s a completely different price for the SAME pickup spot, SAME drop off spot, and around the same time I left yesterday? Makes no sense at all. Definitely time for me to get a car because I’m spending way too much money on cabs 😒

These people take long time to answer the phone and when they do they are incredibly rude and often hang up even after they answer. they sometimes hang up on purpose and the messed up part is that the other cab service excellence is answered by the same dispatcher so you get the same rudeness. sometimes you order a cab that never arrives they don’t call to tell you nothing no replacement they leave you stranded

A lot of the drivers a RUDE & disrespectful. The DISPATCH people sound like they have something stuck in their mouth always mumbling and hanging up in peoples faces. I tried to see the better in this company but in all reality they suck!!!!
