If I could give a 0, I would. This was the worst experience I've had when dealing with a car, only to be topped off by the people who work there. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic, which at the end, I got no information and just a bill that had printed on it what I came in stating was wrong with the car. Save your money and go elsewhere, any body shop is more competent and helpful than here.
View on GoogleDon’t use Premier Ford! No customer service! You make appointments and don’t have parts to complete service. Hold car for 48 hours and still have not completed service. They don’t even call you to let you know what is going on.
