Absolutely unacceptable and predatory pricing. I was charged $917.57 for a local tow and ONLY TWO DAYS of storage. No long-distance tow, no special handling, nothing that remotely justifies this amount. This feels like straight-up price gouging. There was no clear breakdown, no transparency, and no effort to explain how a basic tow plus two days of storage magically turns into almost $1,000. This is exactly why people don’t trust tow yards and collision shops that take advantage of customers when their car is already in a vulnerable situation. If you value honesty and fair pricing, stay far away. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Premier auto body welcomed me in like family and finished the car in about a week and since I didn’t have a rental they gave me a ride home. You couldn’t even tell the car was in an accident, Carlo and his team did an amazing job and made sure everything was 100% fixed even the little details most wouldn’t noticed were fixed. They also washed the car for me. Come bring your car here you won’t regret It! It was a smooth experience

Horrible Service, I left my car for 3 months and only thing they did was change over my front bumper and did not fix anything else. Then owner Ethon (Bald guy with glasses) was threatening to take my car and ran off with 1,500$ of my personal money from extortion and took insurance money. They did all of that to give me a car that has horrible paint job and missing parts for my safety such as seat belts and airbags !!! I would not recommend anybody going here !!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!

Hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They lie straight to your face, give vague or misleading answers, and change their story depending on who you speak to. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. You’re treated like you’re doing them a favor, not like a paying customer. This place takes advantage of people when they’re already stressed and vulnerable. Charges are inflated, explanations don’t add up, and when you ask simple questions you’re met with attitude or excuses instead of facts. If you value honesty and basic human decency, do not come here. There are plenty of shops that don’t rely on deception and terrible service to make money — this is not one of them.

great body shop for big or small jobs. My car was hit on the passenger side causing significant damage to both doors and the panels. Premier had my car fixed, painted, and ready to go in 3 days. Excellent professional service and I highly recommend them
