Premier Auto Collision

I got into my first accident right at the beginning of March this year. One time I didnt turn my head during a merge and bam- collided right into the hubcap of a semitruck. Crushed my back driver-side door, and peeled back half the same sides quarter panel above the back wheel, and of course shattered the hubcap 2018 Honda Civic EX. My good friend gave me the card to Premier, as he and his union use their shop for all their vehicle needs. I contact them, and they arrange to help me through the whole process start to finish. They took care of the insurance claim and gave me realistic scenarios of how my situation would play out. The damage was severe, but not unfixable. The manager has strong working relationships with the adjusters so he assured me they'd get me the best case scenario possible. Due go insurance math, my situation was a borderline total situation. However, they put together an agreeable and acceptable repair plan that with the trust the adjuster has in the shop, got approved for teardown and parts ordering. It was a HUGE relief. My car was gonna be saved! Flash forward about 4 weeks or so, and I go to pick her back up again. She looks way better than she did even before the collision. The detailing inside and out was just a huge bonus I didnt expect but man was it awesome to see a car newer than the one I bought when I picked it up. Unfortunately, I dont have any before pictures, I switched phones recently and lost alot of videos and photos, but here she is! Thanks to mike, Tom, Sal and the rest of the team. Ill definitely be recommending you guys to everyone.

I had a great experience at the shop. Wonderful hospitality. When my car broke down Jason came to the rescue and towed it to the shop he was super nice and handled my car with care, also didn’t charge me a lot for the tow either. The shop was fantastic fast service Mike the owner was great spoke about the work needed to be done and gave me a great price 10/10 I say. Well recommend this place

I had a really great experience at Premier Auto Collision in Queens. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional and welcoming. Jason was especially helpful—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They worked on my car and got it fixed way faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was amazing. My car honestly looked like nothing ever happened to it. You can tell they really care about what they do and take pride in their work. I definitely recommend this shop if you need any repairs done.
