Just got off the phone with Stephen, and I feel like I finally found a mechanic who truly understands what I need for my cars. He patiently walked me through how to deal with the brake issues I’m having with my BMW and even advised me not to waste money on things that can’t really be fixed because they’re part of the issue. I honestly wish I could give this place more stars than the system allows. Stephen and Preferred Supreme really rock! This will definitely be my go-to place for all my cars.

While grabbing breakfast before work my car decided to not start. I was having trouble with my battery. I was told by one of the girls at the breakfast spot that there was a mechanic next door. I walked over in a panic praying that they would be able to help. I have to say such amazing guys. They walked over to the spot my car was parked and got the battery to work. He drove it to his shop and told me I needed a new battery. They had my car fixed in perfect time so I can get to work. Thank you so much for your help. I’ll definitely keep you guys in mind for any future work on my car.

Honest service. My car was making a sound last Sunday and I went to one of the few spots on the island that was open and I was told a list of things wrong with my car. It would have taken him a full day and a half to install everything so I decided to tell him I’ll come back another day Unfortunately the sound got pretty bad today (Saturday) so I went to the closest spot which lead me to Preferred Supreme. They literally showed me that my pads were worn out and it was the cause of the sound. Everything else the previous mechanic said was ok. This was one of the moments that made me happy I got a second opinion. Quick fix (for what my car needed obviously) and I drove away with plenty of left over cash in my pocket to treat myself to some food down the street. As a business owner myself who just want to provide good and honest service to my customers, I’m happy there are still people out there who also do the same.

Honest and trustworthy. Friendly staff. Do high quality work. Will get you in same day if possible. Been going to their garages for work for over 20 years.

This service station has been in Eltingville fir as long as I can remember. Customer service is excellent. Honest. Trustworthy. Timely service. Fair prices. A place I trust to service my car. Keep up the great work!
