I'm a new customer who came in on a very busy morning for a simple inspection. As I sat in the waiting room for the twenty minutes or so to get my car looked at, I watched Eric handle the phones and steady stream of customers with kindness and focus, despite how busy it was. It was such a pleasant surprise given, you know (motions to the world on fire). Will definitely be going back!

Eric at Precision did an outstanding job repairing the front bumper and air scoop on my 2011 Challenger R/T. From the start, he made scheduling easy and went above and beyond to source the correct OEM parts. What really impressed me was the time and care he took to perfectly match the notoriously difficult “Green With Envy” paint on a relatively rare car—he spent hours testing to get it exactly right. Throughout the process, his shop kept me regularly updated on progress and parts status, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is impeccably clean and clearly very well run. Eric’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship truly stand out. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend him.

After years or going to shady body shops, i'm so happy to finally find a quality, trustworthy place. The shop is super clean and organized. After an accident, a previous shop had installed an after market head lamp for my Benz CLA that led to its failure. He explained thoroughly how for modern, computerized cars, using authentic OEM parts were crucial so you don't have issues like mine later where the A/M parts blew out my module. It was a super costly repair but a big lesson learned. Also LPT: Pursuant of insurance Law Section 2610, an insurance company CANNOT require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle in a particular place or repair shop. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired in the shop of your choice! Thanks for pointing this out Eric. In the future I will only being coming to Precision Transmissions!

Precision Transmissions has had to repair my car now on three separate occasions, and every time they have done an amazing job, from negotiating the initial quote from insurance to doing the necessary repairs and delivering the vehicle in terrific shape.
