Great experience at Precision and working with Mohammed was a pleasure. He was very easy to work with both by phone and in person and managed our expectations realistically and thoughtfully. He was even able to pivot and still complete the job quickly when our repair went from being paid out-of-pocket to being filed through insurance. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and a good communicator. Highly recommend!

Took my car here to get repaired. They did a fantastic job. But even more than the job they did, I was really impressed by their level of transparency. Mohammad broke down every aspect of the job and what would be worked on. Nothing was a surprise. And I was able to follow the progress through the link he provided. I would go there again for any repairs.

NEVER RETURNING. I brought 2021 Subaru in for a standard emissions check and Mohammad said that each brake needed to be changed + additional brake services to pass emissions. He quoted me over $900. I immediately took the car to the next closest shop which passed my emissions, saying my front brakes were at 50% and back brakes at 25%.

I had my car repaired at this shop twice and I have been very happy with the service both times. The first time I brought it in following an accident that included: body parts replacement, headlight replacement, and most pulling steel structures to straighten them out. I had received multiple quotes before coming here and this shop had the most reasonable price. Despite that, the work was very high quality. The second time I brought my car to this shop was to remove a broken belt tensioner bolt from my timing chain cover. It was such a difficult job that other shops refused to do. Here at Precision Auto Collision & Repair they managed to fix it quickly, perfectly and for less than initially quoted. Summing up: reasonable pricing, high quality work and great service. Definitely recommend!
