First, I want to start with the phone call. I was on my way to a body shop closer to me for my inspection sticker, but unfortunately, the professionalism and customer service were not great. While searching for other nearby options, I found Poly Body Shop, and I am so glad I did! William was incredibly helpful and attentive from the start. I originally went in for a state inspection and found out I needed my rear brake pads replaced. William was honest with me about the issue and was able to replace the brake pads and rotors the very next day. The service was quick and efficient, and the experience overall was excellent. William and his team were very kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back if I need any further repairs or assistance. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI needed a same-day repair of a plastic panel in my car that had gotten dislodged after another repair. I walked in here without an appointment and the team here was so unbelievably nice and helpful. They were able (and happy) to accommodate me, fixed what needed fixing, and didn’t even want to charge for (what I guess was) a simple fix. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped a girl out :) I was so grateful for the honest help on short notice and will absolutely bring my business back here when I need it and suggest you do, too!
View on GoogleAs a new driver, a woman and owner of my first car, a 10 year old car purchased with over a 110K miles on it- I needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy auto repair mechanic. I found that at Poly with William and his team. I have heard too many stories about women in my case who have not been as lucky. They did the initial inspection and servicing. Two years in, my very “seasoned” car has had a couple of bumps along the road… like a cracked transmission case ( NYC’s raised manholes are mean) and most recently my starter gave out. They have been promptly, professional, budget friendly and very kind. I’ve recommended everyone I know… and now on Google I’m recommending to you all.

My friend recommended me Poly Repair and I went, explained what happened. It took these guys one day to find the problem and fix it fully.
