⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Polito Auto Electrician: I was absolutely desperate when I came to Polito Auto Electrician. I had been to two separate car electricians and two mechanics who all gave me a completely wrongful diagnostics, confidently stating and urging me that I needed to change my entire transmission. I spent a $1000 with them initially on parts and labor and instead of fixing anything, they made my little problem worse. They were quoting me an expected expense of $3,500! My car was basically dead, and I felt hopeless. Then I found Polito. Polito's service was nothing short of outstanding. They were proactive and professional, and quickly pinpointed the real issue: it was purely electrical ( an issue with the transmission module and previous electrician did not know shit about that). The team repaired my car efficiently and in a timely manner. They didn't just fix a problem; they literally brought my car back to life! Instead of the $3,500 I was prepared to spend, I only spent $480 with Polito. The price was incredibly affordable for the level of expertise and service provided. The customer service is outstanding, especially with Angelo and Polito. They have a huge respect for their customers and displayed a professional approach at all levels. This shop is a genuine game changer and truly the GOooaaaaat (Greatest of All Time). Polito Auto Electrician is, without a doubt, one of the best car electricians in NYC. I recommend at 300%. Trust these guys with your electrical issues!

If you decide to take your car here be prepared to waste money in order to change 2-3 parts. I brought them my maxima for a low fuel sensor voltage and they told me change the cluster. Then they told me to change the fuel assembly twice. The owner also cursed at another customer telling him to go and put gas in his car and come back. They do very poorly at diagnosis and have the nerve to charge for it.

The owner has a terrible attitude when you explain to him the problem you’re having with your car. He also ignores customers and dances in the garage while you’re trying to talk to him about his job and your expectations. Very unprofessional

I went to get my horn looked at because it was not working. I ran into this place awhile ago and I finally went to them for service. I was not disappointed. One thing I would recommend is to get there in the morning because they are busy. The owner's son is the person who helped me and he was friendly and willing to help. I did have to wait awhile because I got there in the early afternoon but when we got in the show it was one, two, three! He told me that my horn was dying besides the fact that the wire was broken, found a working horn, replaced the broken wires and replaced the horn and secured the ambient temperature sensor that was hanging. He charged $140 for the complete job and I was satisfied with everything. I recommend this place for all your electrical automotive needs and repairs.

Rats chewed up my motor cables. I was told these people were the best electricians! Took it they did repair some and establish me cables. Other cables that you see on the picture were chewed up but not as bad so he decided to wrap all of them together causing wires to touch. Once I left the door my car was vibrating and my engine light wouldn't stop blinking. End of story my car computer got damaged and now my pockets are getting hit due to these mistakes. My cables had to get redone in Mega Muffler they are not electricians but they did amazing.
