I had a great experience at Pitstop Lube & Tune! From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, welcoming and efficient. They explained everything clearly didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my car was taken care of quickly and properly. It’s hard to find honest and reliable auto shops these days but Pitstop Lube & Tune definitely delivers. I truly appreciate their transparency and excellent customer service. Shawn was amazing, very straightforward and honest about what was wrong with my car. He didn’t just explain it, he actually took the time to show me the issue in person, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the experience was great. The waiting area is beautiful and super comfortable, and they offer complimentary snacks not just the basics, but donuts, chips, cookies, soda, coffee, and water. As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes feel uncomfortable because not everyone is trustworthy, but Shawn made the whole experience refreshing. He was genuine, respectful, and didn’t try to take advantage in any way. I truly felt like I could trust him. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back for future services !

Great experience. I had a Groupon for an Oil Change and ended up needing my carbon filter changed too. Glad he informed me of the importance of this issue. So of course I got it changed and the A/C and performance is better. My KIA feels better and I love it. 🥰 Thank you guys and I got Dunkin Donuts 🍩 they let me take since they were closing. This is great customer service.
