Everyone is very friendly here, but I have to give it a couple stars less because they replaced my tire but instead of correcting The tire pressure for the three other tires, they put on a new tire and Balanced the low tire pressure………. I’m sure it would’ve only taken an extra minute or two to correct the psi considering I just paid $450………….. I had to come back here and give it one star because the manager of the store read my review and instead of reaching out to me he reached out to a friend’s dad who I guess goes there on the regular to have him speak to me to remove my review…..? That is so completely awkward and weird That I had to call and ask why he would do that instead of calling me and the guy on the phone said that he doesn’t know What I’m talking about the Manager will call me back tomorrow… And of course, no call back…. Professionalism at its finest

Reckless action taken by this guy , I can’t mention his name but when he read this review he will know that I am referring to him in particular for not doing what he was supposed to do to prevent my son’s car from getting an engine failure. My son bought his car on 10/3/25 and couple of days later we took the car for inspection, and when we went to pick up the car after inspection, I asked him if he checked the oil because we just bought the car and I wanted to make sure everything is working fine. He said yes he checked the oil but he never did. Even when my son returned the second time to change his tires , he didn’t bother to check the oil. One morning my son went to drive his car to work and found out the car couldn’t start. We towed the car to them and after the diagnosis they told us it has an engine issue and that they have changed the oil. The guy at the front desk told me they have expensive machine to diagnose any car issue. I said to him why didn’t they use the technology they have to found out the issue the first time. What is the purpose of changing the oil now after the damaged was done? He got angry and lashed out at me. My son was driving his car for over a month on a dry engine and that was what caused the engine failure .The car was driving perfectly fine before the oil issue. My son wrote a review and Pepboys said they will get back to him but they didn’t
