I had a great experience at Pep Boys. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. The service was completed faster than expected, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the team made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and reliable auto service these days, but Pep Boys definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs.

5626 My name is Jason Sanders aka Mr. Pep Boys. First, I've been servicing my vehicles (2019 Fusion & 1998 Altima) here at this Forest Ave location, among other locations, for more than a decade. The customer service is amazing. Along with that, compassion, understanding, and empathy in regards to car service. These reasons are why I continue to service here. Today, I am grateful & blessed for the compassion, empathy, great customer service, and understanding displayed by the manager Ben and Advisor Nyeem. They really took the time to work with me; they handled my car needs to get me back on the road for Uber. Pep Boys need employees like them that demonstrate these attributes for their customers. My guys at this Pep Boys were Amazing! From first interaction to handing me the key, I was spoken to with courtesy, politeness, and was given perfect information with my vehicle and even though I didn’t do EVERYTHING, I def will be back for my services moving forward! Although their services is good, my wait time was too much. I set my appointment at the earliest knowing I will get the service right away. I came at 7:45am and I got my car at 3pm. It was disappointing that they accommodated another person who's scheduled after my appointment. Is it because I'm Asian that's why you guys accommodated the white guy first? So frustrating.

How did that battery? Went to Pep Boys dealt with the Mr. BESIM T fantastic person very polite and knowledgeable handled my battery warranty like a true pro very impressed with the service at this location thank you so much for all your help. Greatly appreciated. Definitely a happy customer.
