I went in for an oil change and a throttle body service. I left my car at the shop, and about two hours later they called to say my car was ready. When I came to pick it up and was about to leave, I noticed that the oil change reminder was still on. I went back into the shop, and the mechanic came outside. He checked my paperwork, which listed all the services performed, and said, “I’m sorry, I forgot to change the oil.” OMG— as a customer, you go in to change your oil and they forget to change it! Unbelievable. However, I still gave them five stars in the end. The mechanic apologized, worked fast to fix the mistake, and did a good job. Also, the customer service at the front desk is top-notch—excellent, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Even after such a big mistake of forgetting one of the main services I went in for, they handled it quickly and professionally.

William and Kyhee was very helpful and professional. I went to get my tires replaced, they were able to provide me the correct tires and a discount. They have a water fountain here, a bathroom, and a TV in the waiting room. William is willingly to help a brother out.
View on GoogleWent in for a oil/coolant change, full set of F/R brake pads, NYS inspection, H/L headlight replacement, engine/cabin filter replacement, full set of new tires, and a blank check for anything else they deemed necessary for my vehicle as long as they call me beforehand. Customer service was good but after my service was complete (6h later is fine guess, idk) I realized they didn't replace my NYS inspection sticker, forgot to return my wheel lock key AND the brake pads I brought for them the use, which turned out to be too small anyways so I went with their recommended set. I've made another appointment to get a broken rear strut/shock replacement and have my items returned and sticker replaced but I'd expect more organization, attention to detail, and better communication after spending nearly $2K without any hassle on my end. (they spent who knows how long trying to order a proper set of pads from the brand I brought in, instead of calling me first as I requested, which could've saved some time) mild buyers remorse but I guess time will tell if the new hardware was worth it. Thank you to Jenna and Roy for the help.
View on GoogleI went in for an oil change and was charged for the service. However, shortly after leaving, my vehicle still showed an oil change/oil level warning. I returned to the location to have it checked again, but they were unable to fix the issue. They attempted a reset, which did not work, and then I was told to take my car to a BMW dealership instead. What was especially concerning is that, in my experience, most service centers always perform a basic diagnostic check before doing an oil change to make sure the vehicle actually needs it and to verify the condition of the car. This time, when I asked about the diagnostic results, I was told they did not perform any diagnostic check at all because I only came in for an oil change. They simply claimed that they did the oil change without checking anything else. But it clearly sounds fishy the more I look into the matter and have officially contacted the headquarters to see if they can do anything about it . At that point, I was left with a paid service that was not properly verified or resolved, and I still had the same warning on my vehicle. I also had prior proof that the oil had been changed recently before visiting them, which makes the situation even more questionable. Overall, I feel the service was not properly performed or properly verified, and the issue was not handled professionally after I returned. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with my vehicle again.
View on GoogleI completed my state inspection in this location with failed results for my 33000mile Rav 4. Yes less than 34k miles. The sales explain to me because the front control arm needs to be fixed and quoted me over 1200$. I was panic and go to a different shop to fix the problem. The new shop, two mechanic did complete inspection on my car again, and told me, every thing look fine. Your front arm control is perfect fine and safe. I pass my state inspection report at new shop even with new intensive inspection on all the details. Never go to pep boy. People.
