Don't bother making an appointment, they will not honor your time. Made a simple appointment for an inspection and they told me it would take three hours because they have other cars to work on. I asked, what's the point of an appointment and he said I don't know.

Nothing really good to say. Multiple days to get parts. Multiple days for labor with no updates. Labor turns out to be 5x the parts. If you have any other options use somewhere else. Also, they are surrounded by vehicle repair shops. Use any of the other shops.

Swapped my new tire with an used tire. New tires shouldn't have a production date of 2023. Didn't even try to hide it because there were dusts and wears on the tire. I left it for installation, came back to a whole different used tire. Called the main line and they confirmed I ordered a brand new tire, shouldn't be a 2023 tire. Technician argued tire looks new so its fine if it's a 2023 tire. They didn't wanna give me a refund the same day because "system not allowing to". Then i called pep boys main line and he immediately refunded me. Prevent yourself from all these BS and go somewhere else. Even better if you avoid pep boys all together. Had an overall bad experience. BUY TIRES ONLINE AND INSTALL IT FROM A REPAIR SHOP, STAY THERE TO INSTALL, DONT LEAVE YOUR NEW TIRE.

The service is good . They did good work. The employe name zack is rude and very slow. My car was done 40 minutes ago I am standing at counter to pay and he didn’t care
